Automatic Take-Off
Automatic Take-Off systems automatically remove the milking unit when milk flow falls below the programmed threshold, helping prevent overmilking while improving milking consistency, animal comfort, and labour efficiency.
Greenoak offers complete Automatic Take-Off systems, AutoStart vacuum cylinders, replacement components, and a conversion kit that upgrades the Greenoak 5019MK vacuum cylinder to AutoStart operation. We also supply replacement parts for both Greenoak and InterPuls vacuum cylinders.
The Milk Monitor Automatic Take-Off System continuously monitors milk flow throughout the milking process. Following the initial delay, it dynamically monitors milk flow and automatically removes the milking unit when the programmed take-off threshold is reached.
AutoStart vacuum cylinders automatically begin the milking process when the milking unit is lifted into position, reducing operator effort and improving milking efficiency.
